The Standard Twin Room had a smart TV which was fun to use. Reception staff were excellent, very warm and cute, especially the lovely girls at check-in. Breakfast was a treat, freshly cooked and satisfying. Noise from within the building was an issue starting at 6 am. The sound woke me up and was frustrating, especially since I was on the third floor. The location is perfect for quick access to the airport, roughly a 12-15 minute ride, which makes it great for layovers. Some areas of improvement include the shower with slippery tiles and some moldy corners. It lacked simple amenities like coffee and tea in the room, and there were noises from other guests that disturbed my sleep. Despite that, for the price, it's decent value. Would consider staying again if cruising through Bogotá.

An electronic key card and a TV with satellite channels were available in my standard triple room. The staff was pretty friendly and really helpful, my every need was addressed...

The rooms were perfectly clean with a comfortable bed kept by the excellent staff. Location: the hotel was near the airport and also the "Nuestro Bogota " mall and Nuestro Bogota and Bogota.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Convenient stay near the airport

I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, especially when I needed help with my luggage. The location couldn't be better for a quick layover, just a short ride from El Dorado Airport.

I experienced some discomfort due to the persistent airplane noise throughout the night was nice. The shower had some moldy corners, off-putting.

Small hotel in a secure area short walk to the '' Nuestro Bogota '' mall, city centre, and a quiet area. Marvellous location, short way from everywhere.

The shuttle service could use better communication!!! The staff should improve their English skills for international guests. An early check-in shouldn't be triple the cost of the room!!! Low bathroom ceiling is uncomfortable for taller individuals.

I was blown away by the succulent organic chicken I had nearby, it was just exquisite! Not to mention the super nice breakfast that gave the feeling of a feast to start the day, despite waking up to some loud noises early on. The staff at reception were very nice.

Free wi-fi was great. Thought pet policy was unclear, should specify.

Super spacious and clean room, and the friendly staff definitely saved our day when our flight got delayed! I loved the hot shower but missed breakfast since it started too late for my early flight.

Hotel Cgh Bogota Airport is super convenient with its close proximity to the airport! The rooms are clean and equipped with a tv and a private bathroom that includes free toiletries. I had a great night's sleep on a comfy bed and enjoyed a nice breakfast that felt freshly made.

When we arrived, the single room was prepared and had a cozy bed ready for us.

We really enjoyed staying here, the place met every demand. the room was reasonably spacious, had essentials like a shower and bath sheets. the hotel was near Nuestro Bogota and city center, the airport, and the "Nuestro Bogota" mall. It was also located in a quiet area.

It was a great home base for exploring around here, and I was happy to have stayed. the whole team was top-notch and really helpful, taking care of any issues that came up. 😊
